Thank you so much and keep up the great work! Being that I am in the business of travel, I am kind of jaded and don't throw out the compliments lightly, but this place deserves every single one. It meant a lot being that we were here for a not so fun reason. The staff truly made this a great experience. Room service was quick, fairly priced and food was excellent at all venues we tried. But that seriously was my only complaint. It was either super cold or the heat blew out to warm. Only challenge here was getting the room temperature to a happy medium. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Getting from point A to point B was never a long walk.
The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. Our other shuttle driver was so funny, but forgot to get his name. Shante at the concierge desk, helped us set up shuttle times, Emerald at the front desk, super efficient and friendly. However, every staff member was super kind and helpful. He truly cared and was sure to ask how my Mom's appointment went that day. He was the nicest, most sincere bellman I've ever encountered. The bellman, Anthony, greeted us and whisked our luggage and my mom away in a wheelchair.
We used the Garage Valet parking service. We chose this hotel because it offered a free shuttle to Karmanos Cancer Center.
